Apple is dissatisfied with a comedy-action film directed by Vasyl Moskalenko because he has applied for a trademark registration for the film, Apple-Man.

In 2020, Moskalenko launched the Apple-Man production project, an action-comedy about a superhero character that is both human and apple, and is still in the works. Post-Production phase as well.

Seeing the title Apple-Man, Apple sent a 467-page document to Moskalenko, which was filled with legal arguments over the naming. The director also released a YouTube video explaining the issue, as well as explaining to Apple that his film had nothing to do with Apple, as every scene in the film did not name any Apple products. .

In addition, Moskalenko told Apple that he was always welcome to negotiate with Apple and hoped that he would reach an agreement with the US company. He told reporters that he was worried that the registration for the Apple-Man movie would not be accepted and that Apple would demand that the movie be removed.

As we all know, Apple has been a strict company in the past regarding the use of names as well as other logos that are thought to affect the company, as in the past, they have filed a lawsuit against a company with a Syrian logo. Until the owner of the logo agrees to change the look of the Syrian fruit a little, then Apple agrees to end the story.
